Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EzFlow platform ("the Service"), operated by Dvixen Elite PM Limited ("we", "us", or "the Company"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

The Service is operated by Dvixen Elite PM Limited, a limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 480488, with its registered office at Arch. Makariou III, 140, RAPTOPOULOS BUILDING, Floor 1, Flat/Office 101Α, 3021, Limassol, Cyprus.

You may register for the Service on behalf of your company by providing accurate corporate details and a registered email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to bind the company you represent to these Terms.

EzFlow is a business management platform providing project management, financial accounting, human resources, and inventory modules. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business operations in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.

Access to the Service is provided through paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method in accordance with your selected billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Cyprus law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Service without authorization.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and retain your personal data.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@dvxgroup.com. Upon closure, your access will be terminated and your data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Cyprus law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dvixen Elite PM Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
